The exam date is 5 July 2026 (Sunday), and the registration period will be open from 16 March 2026 (Monday) at noon until 30 March 2026 (Monday) at 2:00 PM.  

Johor Bahru has been added as an additional test site for the 2026 July Paper, alongside the usual locations in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. The test venues for 5 July 2026 (Sunday) are as follows:

The online test results for the JLPT December 2025 examination will be available from 30 January (Friday) at 10:00 AM until 31 March 2026 (Tuesday) at 5:00 PM (Japan Time) via https://www.jlpt-overseas.jp/onlineresults/. 

The distribution of the certificates will be handled by each Test Administrator beginning in March at the earliest.

Online test result for the JLPT July paper (2025A) is now available for viewing!

Test result is accessible to candidates from 25 August (Monday) at 10:00 AM until 31 October (Friday) at 5:00 PM (Japan Time).
